Robert Hanson has a wide range of experience creating and building successful companies in the healthcare technology industry that focus on the wellbeing of patients and clinicians. He has worked with organizations from initial startup to market leadership.

Before launching ShareSafe Media and sister company ShareSafe Solutions, a mobile platform technology company, Robert spent several years in the anesthesia/critical care market forming a deep understanding of challenges in healthcare.  His early experience as a neonatal critical care nurse afforded him essential background in understanding the importance of designing front-line tools that improve clinical workflow and quality of care. This coupled with his desire to not accept the status quo led to his healthcare entrepreneurial journey.  

Robert founded his first healthcare company, DocuSys, Inc. in 2000, the first integrated anesthesia electronic medical record (EMR) and drug delivery system in the industry.  He successfully positioned the DocuSys as a market leader and fastest growing company in the anesthesia EMR space. He created partnerships with leading IT companies and healthcare institutions, including the University of Pennsylvania, Johns Hopkins University, Emory University and Loma Linda Healthcare. Robert also serves as the CEO of ShareSafe Solutions, bringing his vision of improving healthcare by integrating mobile technology, optimization services and innovative media solutions.
